I am Looking to buy a 8127 or 7127 cheap
Guest- Guest
I am looking to buy a 8127 or 7127 must be cheap, I just need it to run some PlayStation 1 games. My 8125 will run them but it's not multi-touch so games that required multi-touch doesn't preform correctly.

Threadjack, but related...
Curious as to how well it works? I've played around with some ROMs on a PC in the past. It was kinda fun, but I found using letter keys as buttons annoying. What are the controls like on a tablet?

The games play wonderfully on the tablets, The controls are on the screen that's why multi touch is required. My son and I both play them on our phones without problems besides the screen being small. The tablet screen would be the perfect size.sieve wrote:Threadjack, but related...

Interesting! I was imagining having to fiddle with the hardware buttons.
So, is joystick action (up/down/L/R) done by swiping and the action buttons appear on the screen somewhere so they can be tapped?

All controls are on screen looks just like hand controller that comes with PlayStation if looking down at controller. You have on left side L1 L2 up down left right. On right side R2 R1 circle square triangle x in center select startsieve wrote:vampirefo wrote: The controls are on the screen that's why multi touch is required.

I have the 8127 with the ps1 psx emulator. I tried both emulators on my rewinds 7127 but still found that screen to small even in landscape. My 8127 is perfect pleanty of room. And because the 8127 is a capasetiv I thinks is the spelling term these touch screens support up to 5 touch points at once. Where resistive even with a multi touch program will only support 2 touch points.vampirefo wrote:All controls are on screen looks just like hand controller that comes with PlayStation if looking down at controller.
