Thank you for this site and the information for the Coby Kyros MID7015. My tablet is a lot more useful with the tweaks I've found on this site.

I now have questions..

Where do I start.. I want to get the most out of both tablets..

You go from New member to VIP if you donate for both Titanium K400 for 7042 and Rhodium K300 for 9742 You would be a VIP Sponsor and also have VIP support for both. All VIP here have full access to the forum. VIP Patron is highest you can go as a Gold Member. Get Full updates by invite for K400 and K300. Newest one is K300. These two were just updated on 6.27.12. As you can see there are many Rom Updates from me so I keep making improvements. WiFi lag as also been an issue with Android Tablet and Smartphones. I have that solved with newer PowerN for 802.11n @ 40MHz and PowerG for 802.11g @ 20MHz available in PowerN ( Titanium, Rhodium ), and PowerG (Palladium, Platinum ).

This site is quite a find,. I lent my 7015 to my brother as soon as I got it ( 2 years ago) and just got it back. Needless to say it is in need of serious help and I will be very interested to see both what can be done to it stock, and also to upgrade it to the fastest and best working version of android for this model. I would appreciate any input about performance comparisons between ROM versions and Mods for the 7015, and remarks both pro and con as far as overall usefulness. Internet transfer and free memory of course are at the top of the list.

I would like to know where best to start both to learn and understand the root and clockwork process, as well as to gain access to what mods or upgrades your moderators might suggest. Yes I may donate. :-)

For one thing you need to blow out that older Image and go with Image 1 OS 2.3.3.. Once you do that you can try the Brand New! PowerCode 530 KGLE on it.. Or you can choose K100 or T90?

What you'll need are the ADB Drivers for Android those are on this site under Drivers.

How can I get a rom? I wanted to get the T91 rom for MID 1125 and I donated and emailed but now idk what I should do next. Any Help would be appreciated.

Thank you for the site as well. I have a few questions before getting the updated rom for my coby 9742. The screens i am seeing are showing 1.2 is that the new overclocked frequency? My Coby is 9742-8 with 1ghz cpu, with 1gig dimm2 and 8 gig internal hard drive(SD) card. How to I backup the current rom incase the install goes wrong and i want to restore, or restore back to factory later if i sell unit. Although i agree the new software may be a added selling oint in the future. fairly new to this process axious to learn but cautious.

HI I am a new coby owner and android fan. I have a 9742-8 with a now inverted touch interface. I use linux and win 7. I am hoping to get some experience with abd. I used live suite to install my current .img but my tablet apparently has a different touchscreen driver.

Hope all is well with you & yours.  I am just looking to mod my coby mid7022.  I have rooted a few phones, but never a tablet.  I would appreciate any suggestions as to how to might accomplish this process.  Thank you for your time in advance.

The differences they get better features. PowerCode 1000 means just that, you get PowerCode and PowerWiFi for 2013. PowerCode base on Jelly Bean latest version can be use on prior Android OS too . The PowerWiFi is my own in-house code. WiFi is is the max for download an upload speeds.
